We require experienced practitioners to join our rapidly expanding Ofsted outstanding settings. We are looking for highly motivated and reliable candidates to join our professional staff team and work in a newly established room. We are a forward thinking nursery with lots of new and exciting initiatives.

You will be expected to –

  • Follow company policies and procedures and maintain Tic Toc high standards of care.
  • Comply with the EYFS (2017) Statutory Framework
  • Establish good relationships with parents/carers
  • Have good communication skills.Plan and assess children’s development to ensure they achieve to reach their full potential
  • Be a key person for a group of children ensuring all needs are met
  • Provide outstanding care to children and ensuring children’s welfare needs are met
  • Working well within a team with good organisational skills and being assertive

  • Responsible for completing key person duties such as; maintaining children’s records, documenting information, completing observations, planning next steps for children, summative assessments, progress checks and having positive parent partnerships

Required qualifications
  • Relevant Level 3 as defined by the Dept of Education (DoE)
