Little Angels is looking for a Part Time Practitioner to join there expanding team, we provide Childcare for children aged 2 to 4 years, term time only.
We have an amazing setting in the heart of rural Meriden with a excellent outdoor space, this role is for Fridays at present, with the opportunity to expand these hours as we get busier, we are part of little Angels Group, where there are further opportunities within this if you require.
You will be responsible for a key group of children and be fully involved in all aspects of children’s care, learning and development.
Previous experience in an Early Years setting is essential, good understanding of the EYFS, sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection, and someone who can use their initiative

Roles will include:
- Being a role model to all staff
- Motivating and supporting the team to the highest standards.
- Promoting high standards of quality within the preschool in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
- Ensuring that all children attending the preschool receive rich and stimulating experiences, appropriate to their age and stage of development in line with the EYFS Framework
- Have an excellent knowledge of the EYFS & be able to plan, observe & assess children.
- Ensuring that children are kept safe and that staff understand and, when necessary, follow Safeguarding Procedures
- Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents/carers and other family members
- Basic ICT skills are required. You will be using online learning journals so experience of this would be an advantage.
- Company policies & procedures must be adhered to at all times
- Valid Food Hygiene/Safety, Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Training certificates would  be an advantage
