Location Radford - Coventry

An opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Practitioner to work term time only - Monday to Friday 8:30am till 4:00pm whilst the Senco is on Maternity Leave. It could lead to a permanent position.
You must have knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, and Development Matters and good written and communicative English skills.
You must be able to operate within a Key Group observing and reporting on children’s progress and development using written observations, linking to Development Matters grids, Next Steps, Summative Assessments, 2.5 and 2.11 year Progress Checks and WellComms. 
Ensure that the requirements of the Childcare Act and Ofsted are met.
Promote a safe and friendly environment for all children regardless of race, disability or gender.
Liaise with staff members and work as part of a team to ensure that the qualities of standards are met.
Company policies & procedures must be adhered to at all times.
Attend staff meetings and training courses when required.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Additional information

Current and updated DBS required, 
Other relevant training- SENCO, Safeguarding, First Aid


Required qualifications
  • Relevant Level 3 as defined by the Dept of Education (DoE)
