Early  Years Academy requires an experienced qualified Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team in our Toddler Room. There are two posts, one for a qualified Level 3 and one for a Level 2 Practitioner who wishes to progress to Level 3.  The successful applicants must demonstrate strong working abilities and have ample knowledge and experience in working with 0-5 year olds, you must be able to plan and deliver the EYFS and have experience of working as a Key Person.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
  • Building and maintaining  strong partnerships with parents to enable childrens needs to be met effectively.
  • You will be expected to plan and maintain developmental records for your key group and liaise with parents on a daily basis.
  • Provide care and supervision and understand the needs of young children
  • Provide a safe and secure environment
  • You will be ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to and that legal and statutory requirements are maintained at all times.
Additional information

Candidates should hold the relevant training in First Aid, Safe Guarding and Food Hygiene

Required qualifications
  • Relevant Level 2 as defined by the Teaching Agency (DoE)
  • Relevant Level 3 as defined by the Teaching Agency (DoE)
  • Willing to work towards relevant Level 3
